Ian and I went to discover our soon to be neighborhood a couple weeks ago when it was in the 60's. We found Lake Linganore, which is the lake that all the developments are centered around where they are building our house. It was gorgeous and we found that there are lots of trails to discover. Another reason why we like living here :)
