More house!

Here are the rest of the pictures from yesterday. They are of the master bedroom and bathroom. The tile color I think is close to the one that we picked out, I don't remember exactly. We are going to have our pre drywall walk through on June 2nd and they are hoping to have the siding and stone front up by then!

The first picture is of our row of three townhouses. The rest of the pictures are from the model 'middleburg' which is the same layout as ours. We got to go through on Sunday and think about furniture and paint and such!

We're getting there....

I came back from Minnesota this weekend to see yet another layer added to the house! It seems to keep going up so fast! Ian talked to the project manager yesterday who said that we should have siding/stone up within the next three weeks and will be doing our pre-construction walk through at that time! The official delivery date is mid July currently. The PM thinks it still might be done before then, we'll see!

I had a great time in MN visiting my friend Lacey and seeing my family for Brandon's college graduation! I tried on my bridesmaids dress for Lacey's wedding in October on thursday night and then Brandon picked me up on Friday and took me down to Mankato, not before stopping at my favorite lunch place, Culvers!

Friday night we went out for a nice celebration dinner for Brandon's graduation with my parents, Jen and her parents, and Grandma and Papa Fonstad! We went to the nice graduation ceremony on Saturday and finished up with a bridal shower for Jen at the church. (The guys went to her parent's house and ate steak).

Sunday morning we celebrated mothers day at church and went out for a nice brunch before we all had to leave again. It was a great weekend!!!

House in May

Happy May! Here are the latest pictures, I'm sure you all are so excited to look at them all......I am anyway :) I am ready for it to be done already, I want to move! We picked out a paint color/theme for the bedroom today that I'm really excited about. We already have a paint color for the first floor (all one big room). And Ian oh so kindly volunteered us to be on a home show in august showcasing our builder. It will air on fox, I'm guessing one of those sunday morning shows where they feature different homes for sale. Anyway, that is making me think about all the decorating that I will need to do pretty quickly!

I am finally feeling better after what was not the 24 hour flu, more like the 1 week flu. I missed three days of work, and the two days I was there I probably shouldn't have been. I was knocked off my socks! And to think, I did get the flu shot! Scary what it would have been like if I didn't. Not the best way to celebrate my birthday, but oh well. I have been celebrating for over a week anyway, so I guess I had to come back to reality somehow!
