Train ride

This was the highlight of our summer so far! (Ok, I know it just started) but still, we had SO much fun taking the kids on this train ride! We probably would have gone again if they weren't hungry :) We had a picnic in the park and played on the playground as a last hurrah together before we go our separate ways....but can't wait to pick up again in August!

Let me start this post off by saying I love my husband very much and completely appreciate any time he watches Lucy while I sneak out....that being said he is fully aware of and responsible for the fact that she looks homeless when he watches her! You can't see in the pictures but she has food all over her face and (ok I'm responsible for) the not combed hair, but the outfit, that's all him! As you can see in the top picture Lucy is clapping, she loves spending time with her daddy so I don't think she really cares! I think the neighbors wonder about us from time to time though!

Most of you know we are coming to WI for the summer! In an attempt to get ready for the 'move' we have been spending our time seeing all our friends here one more time before we leave....Lucy loves playdates and pool playdates are even better! It has been sooo hot here lately that we've spent a lot of time in the pool and Lucy and Mia had fun splashing around together.

 Mom is starting to pack for our trip to Florida, we're making a stop there before we come to WI. We are preparing for lots of sunbathing and swimming! Can't wait to see you all this summer!
